Haraki Village information
Haraki used to be a small fishing village and although the fishermen are still active it has become the most popular place for the inhabitants of Rhodes Town and many from Athens to escape and enjoy the tranquility of the coast. The fact that so many of the locals visit Haraki ensures that the quality of food, service and value for money is excellent in all of the bars and restaurants.
You have a choice of three beaches within walking distance

Haraki village has plenty of excellent quality restaurants, cafes and bars - some stay open till the early hours but no discos. Haraki also has small shops and supermarkets. There are some pleasant walks to the neighboring villages of Malona and Massari.
Only a few buses a day visit Haraki, however the main road between Lindos and Rhodes Town, is only 20 minutes walk from the village, and there is a bus every half an hour.
Warning!
A great deal of people visit Haraki and become "hooked" with the relaxed atmosphere and keep going back time after time, you have been warned, Alaspros.
Car Hire
I have arranged with M&S Rent a Car (Paul & Mary), that if you hire a car for at least one week, they will include pick you up and return to the airport at the end of your holiday, in the price.

Taxi to Haraki would cost about 40 Euros.They also provide a room to store your cases and to freshen up if have to vacate your room on departure day.
Another car hire company "Haraki Rent a Car" also have push bikes and motor bikes for hire.
